ANTIQUITY
You will discover that since the very foundation of Barcino, the Roman settlers enjoyed very much the local culinary products. In particular, one product that made the city famous. Guessing which one it was?
MEDIEVAL ERA
Even the fame of being a scary and dark era, the stoves shone like never before, giving fame and prestige to the kitchen of the territory. You can find it out tasting some of the recipes of the period that have make it to this day and give us a glimpse of the tastes of the middle ages.
THE END OF THE ANCIEN RÉGIME
In the early nineteenth century, when the Industrial Era opened its way through Europe, gastronomy reflected many of the great changes that had taken place during the intense previous centuries.
