What is included in the experiences?
At the beginning of the itineraries we will give you a leaflet that contains a summary of the historical context in which the adventure is developed as well as a map and a list of the organizations and stores rooted in the neighborhoods that we want to share with you.
Our experiences include, at least, a break in a bar with drinks and meals included. In addition, each experience has a version (called Foodie) that includes an extra stop (with the corresponding supplement per person that is reflected in the price of the service). Apart from what we include during the route, you are free to ask for more food or drink at your own expense. We also encourage you to stop during the tour and buy in the neighborhood stores that we are finding.
All the experiences also include a small gift from one of the local neighborhood shops for the person who obtains more points through the mini-games or the planned dynamics.
Do you include vegetarian or vegan options in the cuisine of your experiences?
In most restaurants you can find vegetarian options but we cannot guarantee a vegetarian / vegan culinary experience 100%.
What does it mean that your experiences are customizable?
Each group is unique and has different expectations and tastes. That’s why our experiences are customizable. As in a recipe, the key is in the proportion of the ingredients. We suggest that you choose one of the three versions of the experience that we have created based on your preferences regarding historical information, food or the degree of interactivity.
What should I take?
Our experiences do not require special preparation. A water bottle, comfortable footwear and wanting to have fun is all you need.
How do I find you?
In the menu of each experience you can see the details of the itinerary (place and time of start as well as the end). We recommend you arrive five minutes before the start of the specified site and you can find us with a shirt with the name and logo of La Bullanga. In case of problems with traffic or if you have difficulties in locating the meeting point, do not hesitate to call or send a message to the phone number that we will provide you in the purchase process.
Can I give an experience as a gift?
Of course. In the menu of experiences you will find all the information and the options we offer. Fill out the contact details of the relative or friend you want to surprise. We care about the rest!
Does the duration that appears is accurate?
We cannot predict exactly how long the experience will last, so the time it appears on the web is only illustrative. This is a type of interactive activity where you are leading the group, so the final time depends on whether you make the right decisions … or the “not so correct.” We advise you to take care of the story and not worry about time, but if you are busy people with obligations and tight schedules, needless to say we will make the effort to adapt the experience to your needs.
Are the experiences for all audiences?
Our experiences are suitable for all ages and audiences, although we recommend a minimum age of 12 years to participate and fully enjoy the interactive experience.
Are they suitable for people with reduced mobility?
In the course of our experiences there are no physical and architectural elements that imply a handicap for the people with reduced mobility but the duration and the dynamics of participation can be modified.
How can I make a reservation?
Take a look at our experiences and choose the one you like the most. In the calendar you will be able to choose the language, the number of people, the day and the time zone that will be better for you. What are the forms of payment?
The only method of payment is with a credit card.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the experience. For more information, we recommend that you look at the Terms of Service document.
What happens if it rains?
Barcelona is not Copenhagen but sometimes it also rains, and this can affect the viability of the service. You will find more details in the Terms of Service section.

How can I use my promotional code?
When you get to the summary of your purchase, enter the coupon code and click on “Apply promotional code.” Only one coupon can be used for purchase.
What do I do if my promotional code does not work?
Sometimes when you try to redeem a promotional code, a message appears that tells us that the system does not recognize the code or that code has already expired. In case you have expired, you will no longer be able to use it again. On the contrary, if the system does not recognize the promotional code, you can follow these steps to locate the problem. Make sure you are using the code correctly. Read the terms and conditions that appear in the coupon. Make sure the promotional code can be applied to all the products added to your cart (promotional codes sometimes do not include all products). If your problem does not correspond to any of the previous cases, be sure to enter the promotional code as it appears. It is easy to make errors when entering the code manually. Here are some common mistakes:
- Additional spaces, errors with the symbols or errors when writing the letters.

Our goal is to promote the historical and cultural heritage of the city in a respectful way with the environment and the people who live and work in the neighborhoods. Our groups are small: we set a maximum of eight people, we do not use microphones or elements that distort the tranquility and the natural dynamics of the neighborhoods where our activity is carried out. In addition, we want to become a part of the promotion of local and proximity trade and the associations that work every day on the streets and squares of the city and that guarantee their authenticity
How can I contribute my grain of sand?
The stores and associations that we recommend are examples of nearby businesses with a long history of roots and involvement in the life of the neighborhood. We encourage you to visit, buy and dedicate your time to any of the initiatives and activities they propose. Consuming in a conscious and responsible way is a good way to contribute to a more social and sustainable economy!
